Molly was instrumental in helping us develop opportunities in the market with some of the major mining houses. Together with my team we grew our customer list from a single blue chip client to 5 major blue chip clients in the DRC and as a result monthly revenue in the DRC grew from US$ 1.2 million to US$ 11.6 million.

Molly first started consulting for the African Mining Solutions Group in January 2017 with the objective to rebrand AMS, its group companies and our two largest contracting companies, Katanga Contracting Services and JVChantete. Molly’s principal focus was rebranding, however, her role quickly developed into brand management, communications (internal and external), branded procurement, client relations and market insight.

Through a series of strategy sessions, she was able to create a unique vision statement, strategic focus areas, and powerful infographics to communicate the Group’s new management, structural and procedural changes to all employees and stakeholders. She is resourceful and a self starter that gets on with the remit of the project and does not need to be managed. Her understanding that marketing is an integral part of all departments in a successful company, she can identify ineffective tactics or practices, and offer solutions. She is a good listener and has worked very hard to become knowledgeable about the intricacies of our capabilities, projects and client requirements.
